The second leg of the UEFA Champions league Quarterfinal against PSG on Tuesday night ended on a high note for the Catalan team. PSG came into Camp Nou hoping to turn things around now that they had Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva in the starting lineup. Things did not go well for PSG though as they fell victims to another defeat against Barcelona, the third of the season.

With a score of 3-1 in the first leg, there was a chance but Neymar ended those dreams of advancing to the semi-finals when he scored two goals on minutes 14′ and 34′. Barcelona had faced PSG four times this season and every game Neymar was able to find the net. Barcelona was the stronger team of the night as they were able to create many chances and complete some nice passes. Paris Saint-Germain also had a few opportunities but could not finish or were stopped by goalkeeper Marc Andre Ter-Stergen. PSG was also denied a goal when Ibrahimovic was called offsides when he clearly was not. They were never able to get closer.

Barcelona, on the other hand, had many attempts and were able to find the net twice thanks to Andres Iniesta and Dani Alves assisting Neymar on the night. The fans also enjoyed the game and the energy of the stadium helped the Catalan team get their game on and finish PSG for good.

The first goal came on the 14th minute when Neymar was able to get it past Salvatore Sirigu. Andres Iniesta started the run when he juked three defenders from his own half of the field. He then made the run from midfield with no one around him and found Neymar just outside the box. Neymar then took on David Luiz and rounded the keeper to get it past him and make it 1-0 in the game (4-1 on aggregate).

Neymar made it 2-0 on the 34th minute (5-1 on aggregate). Dani Alves started the play in the right side of the field when he went one on one against former Barcelona defender, Maxwell. As he juked Maxwell, he was able to find space and time and cross it over to Neymar just inside the box. David Luiz had no idea that Neymar was behind him and when the ball connected with Neymar it was too late as the ball was headed in and past Sirigu.

The rest of the match involved tiki-taka plays by Barcelona and PSG trying to create opportunities but Barcelona were able to take the win and advance to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League. Neymar was the man of the match as he was able to score goals in every match against PSG but especially two goals on Tuesday night to get his team into the next round.

Although the series between Barcelona and PSG was entertaining, there is one thing we will never forget about the quarterfinals round:
